A truly great pizza is something of an art form. Thankfully, Napoli Centrale is here to bring us a slice (or two) of heaven, via its authentic Neapolitan pizzas. The pizzas are made in the traditional Neapolitan way, with the very best ingredients, even down to the proper Neapolitan flour. The tomato sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes, which are grown in the shadows of Mount Vesuvius. And the end result is a taste sensation that you definitely need to try.
